We are looking for an Intern - Ecosystem Strategy to help us grow our operating infrastructure and portfolio of services across the world and deliver on our mission of “employment at the click of a button” worldwide. At an exciting time of fast growth for WorkMotion, this highly entrepreneurial role will cover a diverse set of responsibilities and growth opportunities in a very international setting.
What you’ll do…
Execute WorkMotion’s international operational partnership strategy by drafting and implementing the processes and managing partner relationships to expand the portfolio of added services.
Source and select partners critical to the operations of these services and lead the collaborations.
Work closely with our Product and Operations teams to design compliant, integrated and efficient customer journeys.
Cross-functionally collaborate with WorkMotion’s Finance, Client Operations, Legal and Product teams to integrate processes globally, expand our core products and standardize these processes across the entire organization.
A unique experience to work closely with the whole Management Team with the steepest learning curve possible!
What we’re looking for…
Bachelor or Master's degree in relevant field
Proven problem-solving skills with determination to independently and creatively unblock challenges and deliver results
Open-minded and entrepreneurial work attitude, with ability to respond flexibly across a varying and dynamic set of topics and tasks
Being comfortable in a high-pace work environment, while maintaining high attention to details and organization
Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-player skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
Excited and passionate about shaping the future of work and access to global talent
What excites us…
Previous experience in project management, legal/paralegal, international expansion or 3rd party vendor management roles
Proficiency/fluency in languages other than English
