To continue offering technical help to users and node operators inside our ecosystem, we are looking for a technical support analyst. Responding to user inquiries, locating and resolving technical problems, escalating complex problems, working with cross-functional teams, keeping accurate records, offering direction and support, and attending training sessions are all responsibilities of a technical support analyst. This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
