We are currently looking to strengthen our IT management team with a new ICT Support Management colleague. If you have a passion for developing processes, have a hands-on experience in IT support, and a good eye for solutions, this is an opportunity for you. Your work will have a strong impact at our DevOps Center so your collaboration and communication skills play an important role. The ICT Service Manager re-designs and implements ICT service applications and processes to enable a digital workplace and meet business expansion. You will have a decisive role in defining required standards, methods and tools and their maintenance and will be responsible for the design and implementation of ICT processes, standards, methods, and tools within the department budget. Full relocation support (Housing, settling-in, etc.) for you and your family is available.
