We’re looking for a Recruiting Sourcer to support our Talent Acquisition team and help us find great talent! As a Recruiting Sourcer for Scorpion, you’ll perform support tasks for the Talent Acquisition team, enabling them to be more efficient and focus on selecting and hiring the right candidates for our openings! You’ll support them in growing a pipeline of candidates for various openings and driving our hiring efforts by reviewing a high volume of resumes each day. You’ll also help with scheduling interviews, provide your team with summaries and recommendations from initial interactions with candidates, and ensure that job postings are engaging to attract talent and up in record time.
