Are you an experienced, self-motivated senior HR professional, capable of supporting our busy central HR and OD team, leading the delivery and implementation of some key HR projects? In this rewarding newly-created pivotal role, you will be putting in place some significant projects, supporting our people foundations and building blocks towards organisational transformation. Owning two specific priority projects (roll-out of organisation-wide pay policy and redesign of our code of management) you will also take on smaller projects and contribute to more general HR management issues, e.g. management of employee relations cases, recruitment etc. Passionate about the difference ‘good HR’ can make, you can articulate this to secure organisational buy-in. You will need to be credible, a force for change and able to build strong and productive relationships.
