If you’re a passionate HR Business Partner, we’re offering you the opportunity to join the diverse team at our Amsterdam HQ and make a real difference in our scaleup environment. Your responsibilities will vary from conducting reviews, working on people-related projects, and having development conversations with our teams. You’ll demonstrate an understanding of the business and act as a thought leader regarding people topics. You will partner with a cross-functional group of experts to design and execute the strategy for how your assigned team staffs, onboards, develops, rotates, motivates, retains, and organizes. If you are joining from abroad, we’ll cover your trip to Amsterdam, sponsor your Visa, and offer you a month of accommodation while you settle in.
