Through Intercom in-app chat, the L1 Support Manager helps users in our ecosystem, Optimise, and AppRadar. In order to improve self-service support, this position focusses on answering consumer questions and producing instructional resources including articles and how-to videos. A seamless customer experience and ongoing product development are ensured by cooperation between the product, sales, and customer success teams.
