Your work as a People Ops will be 80% operational and 20% strategic, reporting to the Head of People. You will oversee the administrative and logistical parts of the HR activities from an operational perspective. Considering that our organisation is entirely remote, you will also be expected to have an impact on the employee experience by submitting fresh suggestions to enhance aspects like well-being, informal communication, etc., gaining knowledge from other businesses, and getting employee feedback to determine what functions well and what doesn't.
