Working closely with management and staff "on the front lines," an HR Business Partner will provide strategic and practical input, insight, and advice on matters pertaining to people: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, remuneration, conflict resolution, organizational development, and training. They will also play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR programs and driving talent initiative strategies within particular business functions, always making sure that they are in line with the company's business objectives.
