Responsibilities:
Personalized Care: Provide compassionate personal care, ensuring residents' comfort and dignity in activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Nutritional Support: Assist with meal service, nourishment, and mealtime activities, creating a pleasant dining experience for our residents.
Mobility Assistance: Safely transfer and transport residents using proper lifting techniques and mechanical aids, promoting their mobility and independence.
Safety and Comfort: Implement comfort and safety measures, utilizing various tools and equipment to enhance residents' well-being.
Health Monitoring: Monitor residents' health by recording vital signs and promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team.

Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent with completion of a recognized Health Care Aide Program.
Registration: Registered with the BC Care Aide Registry.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering effective interactions with residents and colleagues.
Physical Ability: Possess the physical capability to carry out the duties of the position with care and dedication.
Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized in a dynamic work environment, managing tasks efficiently.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with related equipment and technology to deliver high-quality care.
