We are looking for a health care support worker to join our small, friendly older adult community mental health team. You will work in service users homes providing physical health checks , carrying out standardised assessments and therapeutic interventions , in addition you will support the duty desk on a rota basis. You will be provided with supervision , support and training where needed. The closing date is 08 September 2022.
