You will oversee the user research function as the head of user research, which includes research quality, relevance & effect, operations, compliance & ethics, be a member of the UX leadership team, reporting to the Director of Product Design and collaborating with the UX Heads to further develop, maintain, and improve the UX and Design function. You will also define a vision for the function and help it move forward in coordination with other leadership team members within UX & Product.
