Head of Licensing and M&A Projects needed in Cyprus with visa sponsorship provided

We are developing a new strategic department within the Legal Unit and are looking for a Head of Department, Licensing & M&A to handle high-impact regulatory expansion and corporate development initiatives across many jurisdictions. Managing licensing programs (MiCA, MiFID II, EMI/PI, Bank licensing) and M&A integrations globally is the responsibility of this senior position, which reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer.
