Our LX Graphic Designer role is a creative, strategic, and impactful role that will see you accountable for defining the visual identity of our candidate and manager learning experiences, making multimedia content, designing learning-based marketing campaigns, and regularly contributing to continuous improvement in development processes and curriculum development.
Together with the LX team, you will own the graphic design of learning experiences that give our candidates and managers a strategic advantage in the global, remote work market. This role is fundamental to the LX given that in digital learning environments, the visual appeal of content is as important as the substance of it.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with LX content team to define the graphic direction for each cluster of content for each stakeholder that we address
Interpret and execute on design indications for multimedia content
Create multimedia content for use in courses and LX experiences across mediums.
Design conten fort marketing campaigns, with a focus on micro-learning and keeping LX top of mind and easy to use for users.
Create and share content around your own internship experience, in information / recruitment sessions / webinars.
Collect and present data metrics that allow the LX team to measure the impact of their actions / initiatives and continuously improve our processes and approaches to the learning experience.
Research and identify insights/trends on user/learner behavior, profiles that help to improve future iterations of the LX process.
YOUR SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
Relevant experience in content creation and graphic design
Ability to translate key value propositions into a visual identity for content
Experience with CANVA + Vyond or similar tools (or an easy adapter to new technologies)
Feels very comfortable using digital collaboration tools (Slack, Drive, Basecamp / Trello, CANVA, Vyond, Social media)
