With more than 400 employees across more than 50 countries (and counting! ), our firm is truly global. As a result, our pay technique must be effective in every one of these nations in order to attract new employees and keep the talent we already have. You will be in charge of developing the compensation strategy from beginning to end. This work will also include obtaining and analyzing data, operational execution, and presenting the strategy to C-level executives to get their support. You will be the very first hire to design, construct, and manage our compensation department as we continue to grow and scale globally, directly reporting to the Head of People.
