To excel in this role, you must be highly motivated, collaborative, well networked, quick to learn, curious, innovative, and energised by the opportunity to address some of the biggest and toughest challenges that the industry and society face. As a result, you must possess significant experience in mineral exploration from your work in mining companies and/or consulting firms.
