Building web modules in HTML5/Angular2+ and corresponding middleware in Java/J2EE to integrate the CRM applications to the various phone systems to perform phone number matching, note taking, and call capture functionalities will be part of your close collaboration with the global development teams and the various telephony infrastructure teams that contribute functionality to the CRM platform. Along with development, the developer will be in charge of unit and integration testing his code and assisting with the worldwide distribution of the new CRM app and phone devices for all client business users.
