In addition to working with other operations teams to guarantee consistent APIs, WebSocket implementation, and an AI-first experience, we are seeking a new (Senior) Fullstack Engineer to assist us in developing and maintaining digital support capabilities within the support funnel. We're keeping our Support Center, reworking it if needed, and incorporating VoIP into the dashboard. In close collaboration with various business units, the new team members will be cross-functional and include a Product Manager, Designers, Mobile Engineers, Front and Back Engineers, and an Engineering Manager.
