ENGINEERING MANAGER IN STOCKHOLM | RELOCATE TO SWEDEN WITH WORK VISA SPONSORSHIP
As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for attracting, developing, and leading a cross-functional team of brilliant engineers. It will be up to you to ensure that your team has the competence and tools to help reach their goals. In your day-to-day assignments, you will combine managerial tasks such as recruiting and coaching with technical leadership and decisions. You will work closely with the dedicated Product Manager for the team responsible for the product roadmap and make sure that your team executes and delivers on its goals and commitments. Together with the Engineering Leadership team (CTO, your peer Engineering Managers, and Architects), you will collaborate and learn from each other and together build a great and high-performing engineering organization with a great engineering culture.
