EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST, WORK FROM HOME

This position's duties include implementing labor policies, advising staff and managers on compliance with laws and contracts, and managing our performance management programs to make sure staff members are aware of performance metrics, job expectations, and the clarity of goals and objectives as well as performance outcomes.
