The Employee Communications Intern is a member of the Employee Engagement and Experience team within Human Resources. This role will report to the Employee Communications and Engagement Manager and supports the development and delivery of all-employee communications, programs, and events.

Are you ready to:
Research, investigate, and write feature stories, intranet articles, newsletter stories, summaries, email messages, and other content for all-employee communications
Develop and curate content that amplifies our Employee Values
Contribute to employee communications projects across human resources and the larger organization
Assist with scriptwriting and promotional copy for of various employee events
Requirements
Experience with all Microsoft 365 Applications
Ability to develop content from disparate materials to formulate a cohesive message that aligns with a larger employee communications strategy
Empathy + Desire to Collaborate
Creative approach to content creation and curation
Digitally fluent in Microsoft and Adobe environments
Thrive in an environment with a high level of self-motivation and autonomy
Experience with graphic design a plus!
