EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATION INTERN | REMOTE

The Employee Communications Intern is a member of the Employee Engagement and Experience team within Human Resources. This role will report to the Employee Communications and Engagement Manager and supports the development and delivery of all-employee communications, programs, and events.

This is a remote internship. [#LIRemote]

Are you ready to:

  • Research, investigate, and write feature stories, intranet articles, newsletter stories, summaries, email messages, and other content for all-employee communications

  • Develop and curate content that amplifies our Employee Values

  • Contribute to employee communications projects across human resources and the larger organization

  • Assist with scriptwriting and promotional copy for of various employee events

Requirements

  • Experience with all Microsoft 365 Applications

  • Ability to develop content from disparate materials to formulate a cohesive message that aligns with a larger employee communications strategy

  • Empathy + Desire to Collaborate

  • Creative approach to content creation and curation

  • Digitally fluent in Microsoft and Adobe environments

  • Thrive in an environment with a high level of self-motivation and autonomy

  • Experience with graphic design a plus!
