The management and scalability of our email marketing initiatives at the top of the funnel will be your primary responsibility as an Email Marketer on our marketing team. Your top KPI will be the percentage of current email subscribers that become new clients. As the Content team's traffic is created, we anticipate you to be on the lookout for novel approaches to draw in new email subscribers and convert them into paying clients. You should anticipate doing about 90% of this work as an individual contributor for the first 12 months, even though you will receive help and tools. Although you will answer to the Head of Content, we hope that as you advance, you'll take on more responsibility for email marketing over the whole customer lifetime.
