We are offering the unique opportunity to build a Creative Production Team from scratch for a hugely successful tech startup. Reporting to the SVP Brand and Communication, we are looking for an ambitious Director of Creative Production. You will play an important role in building the identity of the new Jobandtalent brand. You put together and lead a strong in-house studio that bundles graphic design, copywriting and motion design. The studio team is supplemented by a powerful freelancer pool. You play a central role in repositioning the brand across all touchpoints. These can be sales pitches, office locations, starter kits, YouTube tutorials, worker merchandise, website, blogs, social media and more. You will become the owner of the Jobandtalent brand bibles and be able to develop agile brand strategy while achieving visible and measurable results at a rapid pace.
