Desk Manager | DACH needed in a top Brokerage firm in Amsterdam, company is handling relocation

You have two mandates in this position. You are in charge of the desk's commercial performance in the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets for physical biofuels, HVO, FAME, and ethanol. Additionally, you lead the industry in this regard by setting the bar high, holding the team to it, and making every employee on your desk far better than when they first started. This role is that of a player-coach. You will spend a significant portion of your week coaching, reviewing, and growing the brokers in your immediate vicinity while remaining close to the market and your own important accounts.
