With an emphasis on solving test access for a multi-die package from the ground up, you will work in every facet of the DFT discipline, from architecture and RTL insertion to pattern development, verification, silicon bring-up, and production test. To assist produce high-quality, testable, and yield-ready silicon, you will collaborate with design, verification, physical design, and product/test engineering.
