First things first: The role of an Analyst at Picnic is versatile and changes based on your project and team. You might be a project manager, in-house consultant, or data scientist. You might become an expert on all things automation, private label, or people systems. We have Analysts in all teams and you can grow by collaborating on complex projects, moving into different teams, or even to different countries. ❓ What does that mean for your application? We’ll consider you for the general Analyst position with an interest in Commercial, or any other interest you want to share with us. The projects you’ll work on and the team you’ll join will be agreed upon during the assessment process. Now, let's cut to the chase: As a Commercial Analyst, you’ll connect the data coming from our app with our assortment by forecasting prices or looking at promotions, whilst taking seasonality into account. You’ll be part of the Commercial team and will work closely with our category managers and other relevant commercial stakeholders in the Netherlands, Germany, and France. If you join from abroad, we’ll cover your trip to Amsterdam, sponsor your Visa, and offer you a month of accommodation while you settle in (as long as regulations allow).
