The role of the Crew Relation Specialist is to assist the HR department administratively with crew-related matters. generates reports for every voyage and oversees the berthing and par level procedures for every crew member. Plans the emergency numbers for the personnel. Participates in certain tasks during the sign-on and sign-off procedure to help the Crew Administrator with Crew Immigration/Customs. This involves distributing cabin keys and name badges at sign-on and retrieving them at sign-off. Coordinating the repatriation of every crew member by supplying re-employment letters is one of the duties. handles all shoreside requests on staff cruises. oversees the well-being of the crew and plans events and activities. carries out administrative tasks related to HR as instructed by the HR Manager.
