Working in a framework of Teach, Coach and Consult the team has a phased approach to growing the strategic muscle of the organization. First the team will focus on teaching strategy. Team members will work with each function to develop their strategies, provide research and analytical support, create presentation resources, simplify complex concepts and ensure alignment with our strategy. As the team and company evolve, the team will coach and consult on strategy, taking a lighter touch approach and providing guidance when needed. At this point, the team will focus on higher level strategy, for example, organization-wide strategic planning, unwinding complex problems, managing organizational alignment and driving and integrating priority initiatives.
