Make the move to an international mid-tier CA firm based in Central Auckland as they expand their Corporate Finance footprint in New Zealand. With the relaxation of New Zealand borders from November 2022, my client is seeking to gather expression of interest from qualified corporate finance professionals and will be willing to support you with the necessary relocation and work visa application and sponsorship process. This role will work closely with the Partners focusing on business transactions support, overseeing and assisting in the day-to-day delivery of transaction assignments. You will perform financial due diligence, provide advice on mergers and business integrations, review Sale & Purchase Agreements and provide advice on wider business growth opportunities.
