We are looking for a proven legal professional to oversee our global corporate matters. As Corporate Counsel, you will be the primary attorney on M&A and other strategic transactions and will support all phases of these deals including drafting and negotiating terms sheets, merger agreements, and ancillary documents. Further, you will manage the diligence process and other deal mechanics including closings and post-closing matters. You will work closely with our General Counsel and Head of Corporate Development across all corporate matters, globally. This position will be both wide in breadth and deep in substance.
