You will be one of the senior technical leads within the department and seen as the subject matter expert for BIW technical maintenance issues / requests and processes within the production facility. The role of a Control Engineer will involve understanding BIW facility operations and technology. You’ll be expected to lead teams though diagnosing equipment failures, lead / implement project improvements and carry out team upskilling across the department. You will be able to promote continues improvement utilising your technical knowledge to logically approach fault finding with the ability to understanding, rectify and resolve problems within a timely manner.
