As Compensation and Benefits lead, you are joining us as the first expert in this field. Working very closely with Recruitment, HR operations, Finance and external advisors, you will be responsible for building our global reward policy and structure as well as executing it. You will be able to drive the strategic development of our compensation and benefits policy while remaining extremely operational in its implementation. You will help us to optimise our ability to hire and retain top talents while keeping equitable processes across the organization. You are extremely comfortable with drawing insights from data, and enjoy collaborating with your teammates to find resourceful and creative solutions to make our processes more efficient.
