We’re looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards inside our People Operations team. The Compensation analyst will help define and drive our global compensation strategies to attract, reward, and retain our highly talented team. They will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HRBP and members of the executive team to understand our compensation needs and challenges. They will identify opportunities and create proposals to strengthen our compensation program based on our Global’s business goals, values, culture, and team.
