As part of our Tech Talent Management team, you will be actively contributing to growing our community of tech freelancers.
YOUR MISSION
Support the team with sourcing for tech freelancers for selected fields of expertise
Be responsible for conducting freelancer interviews to understand the candidates’ personal, professional, and technical background, preferences, and motivation
Assess technical skills and profiles
Be in charge of onboarding new freelancers into the community
Act as a dedicated contact person to tech freelancers
YOUR SKILL SET
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor´s or Master’s degree or taking a gap year
Previous tech recruitment experience through an internship or as a working student will be considered a plus
You are passionate about recruiting topics and the tech industry
You are very customer-/goal-oriented and a strong communicator
You are ready to bring new ideas, propose new solutions and contribute to team efforts actively
You enjoy building long-lasting professional relationships
You are a fast learner and don’t shy away from taking responsibility
You speak English fluently; knowledge of German is a plus
