Commercial finance managers work closely with corporate executives from several divisions. They have an immediate impact on business strategy by offering professional guidance on investment opportunities and flagging performance issues. You will be in charge of giving department heads and the senior leadership team insight and decision assistance in your capacity as a finance business partner. In order to enhance business success, you will also assist important stakeholders in monitoring key performance metrics. Financial evaluations, budgeting and forecasting, scenario modeling, keeping track of investment expenses, cost center management, and post-implementation performance reporting are all possible responsibilities for this position.
