You will have primary responsibility for overseeing and ongoing process improvement for the company's operational procedures as Chief of Staff. Additionally, you will make it possible for groups within the organization to evaluate and assess how well the corresponding projects and programs are working. You are here to question the existing quo, improve it, and promote cooperation and communication among all business stakeholders, including internal cross-functional stakeholders and outside partners.
