It will be required of candidates without a teaching credential to finish a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (backed by LCI) within six months of beginning work. There will also be chances for additional industry certification and professional growth. The Saudi Junior Teacher Development Program may accommodate applicants who have the bare minimum of education but no work experience.
