Are you caring and compassionate? If you are based in the UK and currently live within commuting distance of Cheltenham, we'd love to hear from you. Our Care and Support Workers have a varied role and help the more vulnerable in our society such as the elderly, infirm, and ill, offering a sense of satisfaction that is difficult to match. Care Workers are responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers. This will be done in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the customer's own home (all mileage and travel between calls is paid!) and assist them with daily tasks. Support to gain tier 2 visas for people based in the UK is available.
