For a big international company and market leader in Asia in the field of agricultural commodities, we are looking for a Business Process Analyst in Rotterdam. You will support the business by conducting (functional) analysis of business processes & procedures with the aim to develop, test and implement new business applications or maintain and enhance existing applications, based on business needs, policies and tooling, as well as to provide support to the application users. Mainly you Support and interact with the business in pro actively identifying and defining areas of improvement and to list and validate requirements to improve business processes with the help of IT applications and their interfaces. Propose viable solutions to the business stakeholders, document requirements and validate functional and technical specifications provided by external partners. You will lead projects when assigned to in alignment with the Team Lead Business Process Analysis, the IT Manager Europe and global IT Management on priorities and (global) standards and oversee the development of new applications as per the specifications.
