We are a remote-first, Series A fast-growing tech startup that has reimagined how we can use employment data. As the first Business Operations hire, you will tackle mission-critical strategic initiatives across teams and functional areas. You will help answer high-priority questions for client-facing and product teams in addition to identifying and incubating new growth opportunities for the business yourself. This role will offer exposure to many different areas of the business and the right candidates will be excited to play many different roles as the company rapidly scales.
