Tasks
You bridge the gap between customer requirements and modern technologies by being responsible for business logic and user interfaces as a backend developer in our interdisciplinary team
You optimize the backend for existing and new product features mainly with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB, also looking at alternative solutions
You provide backend interfaces for integration into frontend web applications
You contribute to the design of web app architectures
Requirements
A degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics or similar, with initial practical experience if applicable.
Enthusiasm in backend development (in an agile environment) and a basic understanding of the software development lifecycle
Development experience with Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and Angular
High level of initiative and flexibility in a highly dynamic startup environment, enthusiasm for innovative ideas, strong communication skills (English), open personality
High level of initiative and flexibility in a highly dynamic startup environment, enthusiasm for innovative ideas, strong communication skills (English and/or German), open personality
