The main responsibility of the candidate is to help the Harbor Pilot with mooring and unmooring at the buoy. Carries out safety inspections of tankships before berthing and at other times, working with the Harbor Pilot and following instructions. Along with the Harbor Pilot, organizes the mooring of boats and the connecting/disconnecting of cargo hoses during berthing operations.
