This position is at the forefront of applied AI and involves deep engineering. The harness, which transforms ambiguous, judgment-heavy requirements into machinery around agents—context, tools, specs, verification, feedback loops—that yields results that decision makers trust and improve with each iteration, is the craft that matters most to us. As an individual contributor, you will report directly to our Chief AI Officer, collaborate closely with engineers and quantitative researchers, and co-own the technical direction of the AI platform.
