AGILE COACH, IN DUSSELDORF | RELOCATE TO GERMANY WITH WORK VISA SPONSORSHIP

We're now looking for an experienced Agile Coach to help us develop our organization further. As an Agile Coach, you'll work in an OKR framework across different business units, close with both product and technical environments. You’ll have an impact from day one by sharing and guiding team members through best practices. Together with other Agile Coaches, you’ll continuously buzz around to find the best solutions, come up with proposals, implement ideas and focus on the right things to ensure we coach the best teams together. You’ll contribute to building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame. We've got a hybrid work model so you'll be based in Mallorca or Düsseldorf (or willing to relocate to any of these locations).
