We are experiencing a high growth and we are moving into a tribe organization scheme. Currently, we have 4 tribes and 16 multidisciplinary teams, each of them developing end-to-end different parts of our app. You will be responsible for guiding 1-2 tribes through the implementation of processes that will enable us to scale, and you will be tasked with encouraging our team to embrace the agile-lean culture. We sponsor visa processes for international candidates when applicable and provide legal & admin support along the process combined with a competitive relocation package.
