One of our current most impactful objectives is to build an internal Agility Academy, based on the company’s and people’s needs where employees can develop themselves based on defined programs and training, e.g. face-to-face or self-learning courses. We, the Agile Coaches, are constantly aiming to improve and expand the portfolio of support we can provide to the organisation. Hence we are looking to expand our team by adding a personality with skills and capabilities in order to complement our current setup.
