The duty of this role is to provide people of the aged care facility with person-centered, individual attention. By working together with residents to participate in the fulfilling activities of their lives, this position serves to promote the residents' physical and emotional welfare. This includes routine actions like eating, taking care of one's personal hygiene (such as bathing, dressing, and using the restroom), moving around, doing chores around the house, and engaging in leisure activities. To achieve these goals, Care Partners collaborate with other employees. They also communicate directly with nursing staff about any particular health issues. Sponsorship is available.
