In order to support our users both remotely and in-person, we are looking for two bright and motivated IT support engineers to join our expanding Service Desk department. Join a welcoming team that offers first-line assistance to a wide range of users with needs spanning from simple desktop problems (laptops, printing, connectivity) to assisting with the delivery of sophisticated international bioinformatics services. You will gain exposure to our extensive and distinctive infrastructure, both on-site and in the cloud, and acquire the knowledge and abilities necessary to advance your IT career as you go.
