We're searching for a product manager that can add benefit to the satisfaction of our customers and internal teams by establishing, collecting, and delivering key information. You'll lead a cross-functional task force across Payroll, legal, HROps, operations, support, sales, engineering, and design to build an amazing end-to-end product experience for our users. You'll work on operational processes to understand how the product is served so you can create playbooks that will scale. We develop for scalability, but we want product employees to see the product through all phases - from pilot to full product offering. Understanding the internal workings of the product will be crucial here.
