The department is in charge of all Manufacturing Engineering tasks in the Final Assembly of new cars and model year programs and reports to the ME Process Lead Engineer and the ME Process Engineering Manager. This position will provide engineering and technical support to design, develop, and implement manufacturing production processes and related equipment to enable the successful launch of new products. It will also ensure that all designs are feasible and adhere to the Bill of Process (BOP) and Design for Assembly (DFA) standards.
